The DADAP consortium held its annual face-to-face project meeting on June 13–14, 2025, in Västerås, Sweden, hosted by our dedicated partners at Region Västmanland. This in-person event brought together representatives from all consortium member institutions, providing a valuable opportunity to assess project progress, align on upcoming activities, and reinforce the strong collaboration that defines the DADAP initiative.
Over the course of two intensive working days, the partners:
- Reviewed technical developments and deliverables across all work packages;
- Discussed challenges and mitigation strategies in implementing the DADAP digital platform;
- Shared insights and best practices in user engagement, clinical integration, and AI model refinement;
- Refined the roadmap for the upcoming pilots and ethical oversight actions;
- Explored synergies with other European initiatives and potential avenues for sustainability post-project.
The meeting also included dedicated sessions on communication and dissemination, impact tracking, and project governance, all designed to ensure that DADAP remains focused on its mission: digitizing and automating the diagnostic process in child and adolescent psychiatry through responsible AI and clinician-centered tools.
Beyond the meeting room, the event fostered a warm and productive atmosphere, allowing participants to reconnect in person, strengthen institutional ties, and enjoy the unique charm of Västerås, a city that beautifully combines innovation with natural and historical beauty.
We extend our sincere thanks to Region Västmanland for their generous hospitality and flawless organization.
